ESTABLISHING HOMES FOR GENERATIONS OUR STORY Abby Real Estate (ARED)was established in July of 2004 and officially certified as an LLC in March of 2005. The partnership was formed by Delinda LaBeet, Elizabeth D. Peters, and Robin S. Peters (grandmother, mother, and grandson respectively). The LaBeet-Peters Family has been involved in real estate since the early 1940's primarily as private owners of rental property. The union of the three generations of business entreprenuers has led to the creation of this development company. Our premier project is a proposed 66-unit condominium development located in the beautiful beach community of Falmouth, Massachusetts. The project is being submitted to the state of Massachusetts under "Masshousings 40B regulations." |
