Nobska Light House: 4.5 miles from development site!!! Standing at the Cliffs Viewing Nobska to the South-West.  Woods Hole is in the distance in the center of the picture     The View from Nobska's Cliff, looking Due-South.  The land out in the horizon is Martha's Vineyard.  Falmouth is one of two places on the Cape where you can get a ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket   Standing at the Cliff's looking back at Nobska Light House. You can picnic right there any time you want!!!
Falmouth Heights is South-East of the development site and is less than 3.5 miles away.  During the 1960s-1990s the "Heights" was the hottest night-time spot in Falmouth.  Two very popular nightclubs, "The Brother's Four," and "The Casino" were the rage! If you look at the lower left side of the photograph, in the distance is the cliffs leading to Nobska Light House.   Falmouth Heights looking east.  The beautiful building in the picture is a recent addition to "The Heights."  The building houses luxury condominiums on the top level and restaurant/shopping store-fronts on the lower-level.  This new location replaced the old hotspot "The Casino."
Woods Hole, is the home of the world famous Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute. "WHOI" is the cornerstone to Woods Hole and is an unique experience.  Tourists and the like can visit many different aspects of WHOI.  There are museums and aquariums and more to visit.     Woods Hole Harbor nestled safely away from the ocean by just a simple drawbridge only one way in and out, the sailors have to get permission to enter from the bridgekeeper.  Another beautiful spot in Woods Hole.  Here, just to the left of the picture docks the many boats that are apart of WHOI's fleet that go out into the sea looking for scientific mysteries.  Downtown Woods Hole.  The traffic light you see in the photograph locates the drawbridge.  The boats come in from the ocean into safe harbor by signaling to the bridgekeeper.  Just to the right of the traffic light is a small building where the bridgekeeper waits patiently for the next call to raise the bridge.
